1. Gintama
To be honest I didn’t read the manga of Gintama and have watched the anime. But man the comedy in this anime/manga is top notch just loved i, especially at the very beginning which ultimately led me to add this title into this list of Comedy Manga.
Talking about the story of the manga it goes like this, our hero is a protagonist who lives in a world coexist with samurai and aliens together and Earth has already fallen and Aliens rule the cosmos. And the earthling has have to live by their rules. And our protagonist Gintoki Sakata, is a silver-haired samurai turned odd-job freelancer.
He was living his life doing odd jobs when he meets two unique individuals one alien and one from a prominent samurai family. And both of these two have unique and funny character especially Kagura( man I just love her character be it her cute and innocent nature or be her comic side) totally love her.
And as fate put them together they lived peacefully by doing odd job here and there and which ultimately sets the theme of main and led to more serious arc in future. If you have already watched the anime or read the manga then let me know in the comment section your views.
2. Beck
Next up on this list of 10 Top Comedy Manga is Beck. It will be more appealing to the readers who are more into music as the themes revolves around Music. And the protagonist of this manga is Koji who finds his true self in music.
Looking for a place where he feels he belongs he stumbles onto a group which is formed by individual with same nature as him. And you all know what happen when like minded people are put together by fate its all fun and joy and of course a lot of comedy. Check this manga out and join Koji and his as they are exploring and creating new music.
3. Mob Psycho 100
This one is one of many must read manga as it comic timing is amazing just like Gintama it hits in the spot. Especially when your MC is a little dumb at some points. And I think this what makes these manga’s unique and loved by millions of people is the little bit of dumbness of main character. As, a lot of people are able to relate themselves to these characters .
Well, lets jump into the story part and it goes somewhat like this our protagonist name is Mob who has a top notch Psychic ability. And the world that he lives in is full Psycher. Our MC is a middle school high schooler who tends to live his life normally trying his best to maintain his normal relationship with his family and friends but trouble always finds it way to Mob.
And tries to engulf him. so, will he able to main his sane self and able to gain control over his ability fully?
4. One-Punch Man
I always say this things about this manga if you truly are the fan of manga then you have to I mean have to check out this manga as Art is just on another level. If I mean another level then I really mean it.
I mean their is really no distinction between Anime and Manga this is how good the Art you can just imagine it. And if are a regular reader then comment down if you agree or not with my opinion.
And lets talk about a little bit about the comic part of this manga which I really loved at the point. Again a majority role is played by MC being a little but of dumb.
Saitama our protagonist is a regular 9-5 work slave but then all of a sudden his life take a sharp turn. Was it mindset or was it somethings else a mystery is not solved yet. But he gains a tremendous amount of power from just doing a regular exercise of a brief amount of time.
And the power he gains is immeasurable but as always one must have to loss something in order to gain something and what he lost of also very precious which is his Hairs.
5. GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka
With out GTO this list of comedy manga would be same as ocean without fish. Means empty there is no mean to it. And I really what I say. It is one hell of a comedy manga. And if you are anime line for quite a time then you must have atleast once seen clips of this manga in anime form floating here and there.
I’m 100% sure that it would have cracked you up. Do you agree?
Well lets head towards the story of this comedy manga. The story centers around city of Tokyo where our protagonist is spending his life as a teacher in a high school and teaching his student not only about carious subject but also teaching them life lesson and making them aware about reality and consequence of their action.
He with all these educational subject he also acts as a friend to them. He is non other than Eikichi Onizuka the legendary GTO sensei. And if you have read or watched the anime of this manga you would agree with me let me know in the comment section what do you think of his manga.
6. My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected
Oregairu or My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected is just another manga filled with lot of comic event. Be it MC’s dumb yet unique perspective or be it a goofying of 3 best friend who are put together by fate, and sometimes it happens with situation which are misunderstood which we all know are one hell of comic situation.
Now lets head toward the story side of this comedy manga, this is the story of Hachiman Hikigaya , who has a cynical view( means distrustful nature, which I believe most of the people in this deal with at current period of time), on social integrations. He tend to enjoy his own company.
But his due to intervention of someone he is forced to join a Club where is meets Yukino Yukinoshita, Yukino Yukinoshita, that is where is perspective of life started changing slowly and steadily. This slice-of-life manga take you through tuff situation of life at the same time will make you laugh and appreciate the life.
7. Slam Dunk
One of the best I really mean it the best comedy filled sports manga out there. I don’t any other manga come close to Slam Dunk. Be it comic timing or be it serious action or storyline everything is just as perfect as it could be. It has its anime adaptation to. You can also check that for better realistic feel. Also it recently got its movie release which was also absolute amazing.
So, I would highly recommend this manga to you. And this is how the story of this manga goes. The story takes place in high school and our protagonist is Hanamichi Sakuragi who is a tall hot-headed delinquent turned basketball player. You might ask how did this happen, well as you all know in every other story a man changes for the girl he like.
And same thing happened with our protagonist to impress her crush joined Basketball club and ultimately found that he belongs to this place and that is where the story begins. i would defintely put this manga at one of the top posstion if I were to make a ranking comedy manga. 8. Grand Blue Dreaming
Now lets take a look at the next manga in this list of Top Comedy Manga. The story takes place in the seaside town of Izu, and our MC is Iori Kitahara who has just entered collage with lots of dreams of achieving a lot of things in academy. But contrary to his expectation the place where he is staying at his uncle’s.
He owns a shop which is named as Grand Blue and it is filled with rowdy people with eccentric characteristic. And now he finds himself many unexpected comic situation and lots of hilarious misadventure. So, how will get through this amazing journey check out his manga to find out more.
9. Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun
Yet, again our protagonist of this manga is a high school student, Sakura Chiyo but contrary to all the male lead of every Shonen manga it breaks the trend with a female protagonist who has a crush on her classmate Umetarou Nozaki, who is a popular Shonen artist.
When she tried to confess her feeling to him show made it up that she want to be a assistant. That is where their story begins.
What makes this manga more interesting than other comedy manga in this list are- 1st this manga has Parody of Shonen tropes basically Shonen in other parallel universal but more comic in nature. 2nd what I think makes it more interesting is more side character has their own story and relationship building which ultimately led to more comic timing.
And 3rd is Sakura Chiyo and Umetarou Nozaki’s chemistry which is uniquely humorous. There are many other points that I have in my mind I think this much time is more than enough to convince you guys.

10. Beelzebub
You must have heard about Beelzebub or watched its clip here and their floating while scrolling throw reel or shorts. And it stand up to its hype that people has created. Be it its story or be its humorous content it lives up to its name. Especially the adding baby which is cute as hell and add Satire through out the manga.
This is how story goes like. Our protagonist is a high school delinquent who is totally overpowered character in his school and is infamous for all his temper. But his life take an unexpected turn when one day he came across a boy who was drifting away in water and caught his attention.
And with this encounter our protagonist Tatsumi Oga gets entangled with that baby which to his surprise is the child Kaiser de Emperana Beelzebub IV the Demon Lord. Somehow Oga becomes his guardian and that is where manga takes off filled with lot of Satire as well action.
