Strongest Bankai In Bleach

If you have watched Bleach, you must have one or other Bankai that you consider best. And same as you guys I have my own favorite Benaki. So, in this Blog, I have ranked a few Banaki that I consider strongest.

Well, you might have a different opinion than me. I respect that but stick with me on this Blog and tell me if you agree with my opinion or not if your opinion differs then comment with your view I would love to read that too.

So, without further due let’s get straight to the list.

Ryumon Hozukimaru

Ryumon Hozukimaru is a lieutenant and former 3rd seat holder in the 11th division of Gotei 13, under Kenpachi. He is one of the fan favorites due to his personality. Always ready to fight and will go to any extent to fight. He even entered high school with a wooden stick so that he can fight. The thing that I like the most is his Banaki and his melee fights.

His Shikai is a spear that can split or take three different types of shapes. But his Benaki is even better and gives more damage output. As you can see in the image it split into three parts 2 enormous blades connect with chains to each other and also its 3rd blade which looks more like an axe to me. And this axe-like blade has a dragon crest on it.

This crest charge up each time he receives or deals damage. And after it is fully charged his blade acquires true Bankai cutting power. Quite amazing Bankai right? I love his Bankai persoanlly.

Kensei Muguruma

He is the captain of squad 9 in the Gotei 13. He was captain 100 years ago too before he was stripped of the title but later due to circumstance he was given his position back. His Zampaktu is also amazing and powerful. When he activates his Shikai his Zampaktu transforms itself into a combat knife. He usually keeps his Zampaktu in this form and keeps it in his pants pocket.

And when his Zampaktu transforms into Banaki form it changes into a twin knuckle which allows him to create strong wind slices which are tremendously powerful. This is not it he also gains a strong windshield it is like a purple warp around him. These twin knuckles can changes form to brass knuckles and spiked gauntlets.

Rojuro Otoribashi

His case is the same as Kensei Muguruma, he was captain of the 3rd division of Gotei 13 until he was stripped of his post. It has been 100 years since then and now he was assigned duty again after the war against Aizen. And until the war, he didn’t reveal his Benaki.

He is kind of a foppish man and loves to sing songs in every situation his in. And his Banaki is also related to sound too. His Zampaktu Kinshara in its sealed form is like a diamond on top of a handle.

And in its Shikai form, it looks like a golden whip and it can change direction easily and can also be retracted back with ease. Its Bankai form takes the form of a large hand that allows Rose to play music and create illusions as he pleases.

Renji

Renji is one of the few Lieutenants who is a captain level. His Zabimaru had many forms and his true form is revealed after he trained himself intensely. In its Shikai form, it acts both like a whip at the same time as a sword it is connected with metal thread. This gives it both power and flexibility.

And even if someone is able to break his sword he is still capable of using these broken pieces and he called this technique Higa Zekko. And after training with Kisuke Urahara comes the next form of Zabimaru, Hihio Zabimaru is his bank but at this stage, Zabimaru still does not trust Renji and thus not revealed his true form. Hihio Zabimaru is a diminished form because Zabimaru still can act as a whip but is bigger.

And finally, in the Thousand Year Blood War, his Bankai showed this true form which is Soo Zabimaru. Blade of Soo Zabimaru. are shorter but can extend from the skull of the snake which wraps around Renji’s hand. And so far we have witnessed three of its form.

Soifon’s Shikai

Soifon’s Shikai is the Commander-in-chief of the Onmitsukidō and also she is captain of the 2nd Division in the Gotei 13. She is one of the characters who have strong and unbending beliefs and let’s not forget about her loyal nature.

Her Zampaktu’s name is Suzumebachi and in its sealed form it looks like a wakizashi. In the Shikai form her Zampaktu reduces in size and forms a gauntlet and a sharp middle around her figure which are connected by a metal string. As she is a master in hand-to-hand combat it acts as a guard as well to deliver her ultimate attack or to pierce the enemy in one go just like an assassin. Which she has pride in as a stealth squad leader.

Jakuhō Raikōben is the name of her Bankai and is two in one device that is what I would like to call it as it acts as a shield as well as a weapon of mass destruction. Jakuhō Raikōben develops itself around her arm and even goes above her shoulder and is almost twice her size.

It locks into the enemy and shoots it down and causes large-scale destruction. While using Jakuhō Raikōben her pride hurts and she always tries to end a fight without using Jakuhō Raikōben as it goes against her pride as an assassin. What are your views on her Bankai do you like it?

Chōjirō Sasakibe

Chōjirō Sasakibe was a lieutenant in squad 1 under the Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto( one of the most badass grandpas I ever encountered). He held his position for almost 110 years. He is one of the most people of Yamamoto and took the oath of serving as his lieutenant till the day Yamamoto dies. Western cuisine had a huge impact on him as well as his lifestyle.

HIs Zampaktu’s name is Gonryōmaru. In its unreleased form, it looks like a normal katana with an ornate double-fanned hand guard. In Shikai form, he holds it above his and forms a cloud which stuck lighting allowing him to make a dorm of lighting.

His Bankai is called Koko Gonryo Rikyu and in this form, he is allowed to do many things such as throw lighting by directing it toward his enemy and many other things. It is so destructive that it can injure Captain Commander.

Sajin Komamura

Sajin Komamura was the captain of the 7th division. You can him as a person with a heart of Gold and a very forgiving person. His Bankai is very simple and he tends to use his Bankai in almost every fight. he summons a Gaint who wears heavy armor. He imitates all the moves Sajin Komamura performs.

This Bankai has a downside in that if Sajin Komamura is induced with any kind of damage he receives it too. But when in its ultimate form in which Sajin Komamura transform himself into his human form he is immune to all kind of damage. You can say he is almost immortal at that time.

Mayuri Kurotsuchi

My first impression of his a psycho-crazy doctor who would betray his people for his experiment and goals. He is captain of the 12th Division in the Gotei 13. HIs is Shikai is quite simple and straightforward forward it releases poison that acts as a neurotoxin, one should keep an eye on his Bankai.

His Bankai’s name is Konjiki Ashisogi Jizo it takes a form of a worm that has a massive baby’s body above it and releases lethal poison from its mouth. Not only this he also have retractable blades in his stomach and can also self-destruct.

There is another form of Konjiki Ashisogi Jizo in this form it transforms into a massive purple child and gets many other abilities such as it can create a modified version of itself, after receiving specific information about enemies it creates a specific weapon to counter and kill the enemy. Quite a dangerous ability in my eyes.

Now let’s get down to the people who are truly dangerous with their Bankai. Hopefully, you agree with my list if not you can suggest yours too I would love to read it.

Zaraki Kenpachi

In my eyes, no one is more manly than Zaraki Kenpachi in the whole series. Do you agree? If not let me know in the comment section. In fights, he acts like a psycho but this is the part that I like the most.

Zaraki Kenpachi captain of the 11th Division in the Gotei 13. His first lieutenant was Yachiru Kusajishi who always used to stick with her all the time. And I used to love this duo.

In Shikai form his Zampaktu changes into the massive axe-like thing and increases his attack power greatly it is increased to the extent that he can destroy a meteor with ease. But the best part is his Bankai which created super hype Bleach community upon its introduction in the Manga. Kenpachi goes berserk mode in this form.

His Zampaktu takes the form of a cleaver and his appearance changes somewhat into like a Demon. And in this form, he can cut through almost everything with his cleaver. Totally loved this form. What do you think about this form? Did you like it or hated it?

Kisuke Urahara

One was the oldest character in the anime(based on the introduction in anime) Kisuke Urahara was the former captain of the 12th squad, he as well is the founder and 1st President of the S.R.D.I.

His Zampaktu is Benihime in its unsealed form it is a blade hidden inside a cane. Which looks like a stick of old age people. In its, Shikai form its size changed to a medium size sword and now Benihime is capable of producing a crimson color energy which allows him to use various techniques.

And while his Shikai is good his Bankai is on another level. His Bankai name is Kannonbiraki Benihime Aratame and uses his scientific mind to use it properly. His Zampaktu transforms into a giant woman with black hair. And this allows his Zampaktu to rearrange anything in shape as if you are making your own Lego structure. It also gives Urahara the to heal himself for instance it can heal his eye back just like that.

Retsu Unohana

She was one of the founding members of Gotei 13. And as captain of the 4th Squad, she is considered the best Healer in the Soul Society. Retsu Unohana was once captain of the 11th squad and held the title of Kenpachi. She might not be the brightest captain but she is one of the Kindest and gentle one. She is even humble to her subordinates and enemy and uses horrification titles.

She wields one of the most dangerous Bankai that one can wield in Bleach.

Her Zampaktu’s name is Minazuki and it looks like Katana but is slightly longer than Katana. The Shikai form of Minazuki is also quite extraordinary it transforms into a large unknown create which has healing properties and can fly. It can heal the injured person by swallowing it and with its acid, it heals him/her.

In its Bankai form, Minazuki starts releasing liquid which is basically acid and this acid can make the strongest opponent into a mere skeleton. Heal and Burn amazing combo LoL.

Hope you don’t mind I put her so up on the list. As this is how I feel.

Kaname Tōsen

He was the former captain of squad 9 of the Gotei 13 until he betrayed the Soul society alongside Aizen. His Bankai is one of the best if not the best in the Soul society. In my opinion, he was one of the most hypocritical characters let me tell why as he is someone who believes that “taking the path with the least bloodshed” and still followed Aizen whose plan required the death of thousands of people.

And he even did most bad things that one can do to his former friends and squad member.

But apart from that you can’t deny that he has one of the strongest Bankai. He is a Master swordsman despite the fact that he is blind. His Zampaktu’s name is Suzumushi in the unsealed form it is a normal-looking Katana with an orange hilt.

He has a unique Shikai has it has two different commands to activate two different kinds of Shikai. On command Cry, it produces a high pitch sound and makes the enemy close enough uncanniness. And second allows him to rain down hundreds of blades, on his opponents.

And on activating his Bankai he makes a large dome-like void which keeps on expanding till it makes a large dome. And in this dome enemy losses ability to smell, taste, see and hear. Which is sacring enough on hearing. Only their sense of touch is there. And you know what will happen when you are in this dome who already can’t see and is a Master Sword’s man.

Gin Ichimaru

Gin Ichimaru was the captain of the 3rd Division of the Gotei 13, until his betrayal. With just a look at his face, you can figure out his personality. He is a mysterious personality till the end he was a mysterious man who constantly smiled without showing any other emotion on his face.

He was also a master swordsman and his Zampaktu’s name is Shinsō it just looks like a wakizashi. In its Shikai, his blade increases rapidly with a white light penetrating his enemy.

His Bankai’s name is Kamishini no Yari and is similar to his Shikai which increases its length but has greater and more destructive power. It can extend up to 8 miles at 500 times the speed of sound. And when it scatters it leaves behind a remnant in the body of the enemy which acts as a poison and destroys enemies body at the cellular level.

Kuchiki Rukia

Currently the captain of the 13th Division. She is an adopted sister of Byakuya Kuchiki a nobility. She is the type of person who doesn’t open up easily even though he is a gentle and kind heart and because of this, she has a hard time making friends.

Her Zampaktu’s name is Sode no Shirayuki and in its Shikai form, it uses many techniques known as the dance of Rukia. But her Banaki is on the next level. Not only her Zampkatu changes its appearance to transparent white ice but it changes Rukia’s appearance too. It changes her clothes and hair into completely white.

This is not the main thing. Now in this form, she forms a pillar that releases a cold mist that spread over a large area and if one gets touched by this mist will freeze and crumble down within seconds. Truly a terrifying ability. What do you think?

Byakuya Kuchiki

Captain of the 6th division and 28th head of the Kuchiki Clan. And the brother of Kuchiki Rukia. Personally, I find his technique quite fascinating his thousand blades and on top of that they are of Sakura color. It makes it more amazing.

His Zampaktu’s name is Senbonzakura and is one of the best blades out there. On activating his Shikai his blade start fading and turns into the petal of sakura and the only hilt is left. These Sakura leaves are thousands in number and Byakuya can control them of will with his hilt.

His Bankai is an advanced version of his Shikai and activating animation is quite cool looking. He summons giant blades from the ground on both sides and these scatters and turn into countless Sakura petals and then you know what happens.

Tōshirō Hitsugaya

He looks like a young lad but is the captain of the 10th division of Gotei 13. His personality of also different from his appearance he is a mature and serious kind of person. But apart from that his Bankai is something that I find amusing.

His Zampaktu’s name is Hyōrinmaru. In its, Shikai form his blade changes its form from a normal-looking Katana to a crescent-shaped blade attached to its hilt. And this allows Tōshirō Hitsugaya to control water and ice as per his likes. And Ice can freeze any opponent instantly.

His Benaki is a stronger form of its Shikai with greater power, radius, and speed. And now he can even use this power with his tail. Which appears when he uses his Bankai.

Here I would like to say that upcoming guys seem equally dangerous in my eyes so all of them were given rank 1.

Shirafude Ichimonji

He is one of the Division leaders who possess truly dangerous Bankai. meet the captain of zero division Shirafude Ichimonji. He got quite a title under his name”Monk Who Calls the Real Name”.

He is someone who will fulfill his duty whatsoever is given to him. And this mentality is supported by his upfront and loud-speaking character. His Zampkatu holds the name Ichimonji. In its sealed form it looks like a calligraphic brush. And he uses it to write calligraphy.

But things change from its Shikai form it transforms into a short glaive. And it releases ink and whatever touches its ink losses its name and thus power. And becomes his power.

His Bankai is also not normal he calls it Shin’uchi on activating this his blade brush turns white and becomes a long, thick thread that coils in the air around him. And it allows Shirafude Ichimonji to change the name of the target stuck by ink into whatever he feels even an ant. Basically making them powerless.

Shunsui Kyōraku

Next is your Shunsui Kyōraku who is captain of the 1st Division and Captain-Commander of the Gotei 13. Even though he is captain of the 1st division he got a laid-back personality and loves to take things slowly while enjoying them. He was a former captain of the 8th division.

His Zampatu are twin blade Katen Kyōkotsu. In Shikai form, they change their shape into a cool-looking twin blade. And gains the ability to make children’s games real and set rules accordingly. And if someone tries to break rules a great amount of spiritual force is exerted even on himself. He has a famous line “You win, you live. You lose, you die”

Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto

Next up on this list is one of the most badass grandpas that I know in anime. Totally loves these types of overpowered Jiji. Yamamoto was the captain of the 1st division and also captain-commander of the whole Gotei 13 until he went to Hell. Where he gained the epithet of “Founder of the Gotei”.

His Zampaktu is Ryūjin Jakka. In sealed form, it takes the form of a wooden staff for an old man. But don’t go by its look in its sealed form only it has the greatest fire and offensive ability in the whole Soul society.

His Shiaki is absurdly strong too it can turn anything into Ash on the will of Yamamoto. With its tremendous firepower, it creates an environment of hell or so it seems to be. Now let’s talk about its Bankai. ITs Bankai form is Zanka no Tachi and on activating it takes the form of a normal old worn out Katana.

And now his blades absorb all the previously emitted heat and become nearly invincible as the thing he cut ceases its existence. Even his body becomes invincible though it is not visible. The heat is so much that even Tōshirō Hitsugaya’s Bankai is useless in front of it. Truly badass Bankai.

Kurosaki Ichigo

As he is the protagonist of the series I don’t think there is a doubt his Banaki should be placed here. And I think everyone who is reading this Blog is similar to his Bankai.

Watch with a thought as you are watching a new anime-

A viewer named Adorebelaa made a good point regarding the anime. Which I think is important to know before you watch the anime.

He suggests that you should go with the mindset of watching a whole new anime. As we all know it is now a peaceful time. So, everything would be completely different from Naruto. Each and every situation will be different. So, you can’t expect as much intensity from Boruto from the beginning as we got from Naruto.

And another thing he added is that he is watching this anime from the perspective that he knows at the end Borutop is going to lose everything which is completely opposite of Naruto who had nothing and eventually earned everything slowly and steadily.

Watch until the original Creator was involved-

Another Reddit user soalone34 justice that you should watch Naruto The Last Movie, The day when Naruto became Hokage OVA ( As we were waiting for this day eagerly), Boruto Episode 17-24, and lastly Boruto The Movie. As these were the parts where Kishimoto was majorly involved in the anime later he was replaced by someone else.

Data Speaks Different Things-

Well, you might be hearing mostly bad things about Boruto. But the data speaks totally different things it shows positive signs. It continues to be on the popular list of anime streaming websites be it an Original provider or it pirated website.

So, this clearly shows that there must be something going on in the anime that kept them hooked in the anime. And it is not like it recently on the wall since its release. So, now it is up to you to whether go with data or with the things that you are hearing on the internet.

High-Quality Taijutsu-

This is one you should consider before diving right into the anime. I used to really enjoy the Taijutsu of the anime whosoever fights it is in Naruto they have good and high-quality Taijutsu
And that is one of the things that made naruto what it is today.

And so the same thing you can say about Boruto. If you want to enjoy High Quality and expert-level Taijutsu then go for it. You would not be disappointed at all.

For Nostalgia-

And this brings me to on my another important that I think you might consider before watching the anime. That is Nostalgia if you are like me who has long finished Naruto and got a little bit emotionally attached to it.

Then you can watch Boruto as it has all the Naruto characters in their adulthood and they all have their proper screen time. You should consider it if you want to recall some memories and don’t want to watch Naruto again as it will take a long time to build up again. Then you can consider Boruto.

And this point leads to my next heading that is.

Naruto And Sasuke

As I got a little bit emotionally attached to all the anime. I started watching anime all because I want to see how well these characters Naruto and Sasuke will turn. And as they didn’t have many fights together as a team. Boruto fills that as they team up more than often in Boruto which makes me more than happy.

As all kind of emotions emerges when I see them together and I’m not saying this all for writing’s sake I really mean all this. And if you are one who is like me then you should get into it and enjoy that part at least.

Filler Alert-

Here is a review from Boruto viewer Stevie Taylor ( Quora). According to him, you should Boruto till the end of the Momoshiki Arc. He said Yes he expects a filler( As we have all gone through that in Naruto) episode but for at most 10-15. The Momoshiki Arc ended on the 66th episode. And from there on for the whole 53 episodes that whole year went with fillers.

So, now it is up to you where you have to watch the anime.

Hey, One Piece Fans hope you are doing great and enjoying the current Arc of One Piece. And as the story of One Piece continues to grow new characters keep on adding to this Wonderful Saga. And with this everyone eventually started to get attached to these characters.

But as the One Piece Universe keeps on growing one often forgets the leading characters who lead the different generations or were playing critical roles at some point in time in One Piece Universe. And not to completely forget about them I have prepared this list.

In this list, I included all the Old generation, New Generation Yonko’s, and All the Shichibukai as they were all renowned figures at some point. In the next blog, I will try to cover all the know Admiral And World Government renowned figures. So, bookmark this website as I bring anime content that you may like.

So without any further due let’s jump into this amazing list. First Let’s begin with Shichibukai.

Ranking Of Shichibukai is done considering the time when the World government did not disband them. And same goes for their power level.

Shichibukai

Buggy

Buggy a person who is born with all the luck gets the 11th place on this list. In terms of his own power level but looking at the current Manga condition he could easily get the top 3 positions. Here is a theory that I think might be possible regarding Buggy. And if it becomes true then it might be amazing.

Theory: As Buggy is a clown he might be following around not showing his true power to others. When he first met Luffy, he might be testing his capabilities as Shanks has selected him and given him their Captain’s Straw Hat. The power level of Buggy is the same or near to the power of Shanks and he just fouls around. And when the right time comes he will show his true color.

Well till then Buggy gets the last position on this list.

Boa Hancock

Boa Hancock or Pirate Queen gets the 10th spot on this list. Emperor of Amazon Lily is one of the pirates who held the title of Shicubkai for the longest term. Her true power is still not revealed but it is nowhere near Sanji or any other 3rd division commander of any pirate king in my accord.

Well, she doesn’t even need that cause she can take down most of the enemies just from her beauty. The title of the pirate queen is not given to her for nothing. But our Luffy has penetrated the heart of this beauty and she is just mad about him. And I mean it this beauty is totally into him.

Now let’s take a look at her bounty when she held the title of Shichibukai

BOUNTY- 80,000,000 berries

Gecko Moria

I just loved this Arc. It has one of my favorite comedy seen. Well apart from that Geko Moria was a truly dangerous enemy with his Malicious plan and ship made him more dangerous. The first shock that he gave me was that the island was not an island but a ship.

After that comes his Op devil fruit. Which takes the shadow of other people and makes that shadow its slave. He can use that shadow to revive other dead people. Holy cow and that person will imitate fully the other person.

And another major problem was that once someone’s shadow is taken from them they can’t stand in shine light they do. They will burn instantly.

BOUNTY-320,000,000 berries

Edward Weevil

Much about him is known till now all we know about him is that he is the son of whitebeard and does things on the call of his mother. His power level is still unknown and his position and bounty can’t tell his power level. We have a prime example of this Buggy the Clown.

I’m looking forward to seeing him next time and what he has for us. If I’m right after the revoking of the right of Shichibukai his whereabouts are unknown.

BOUNTY- 480,000,000 berries

Crocodile

My respect for this character went from rock bottom to up in the sky. I clearly remember when I first saw him he totally gave a negative vibe. But in recent years his energy changed a lot.

Sir Crocodile has Suna Suna no Mi which allows him to convert his body into sand. Whenever, wherever he wants. And his only weakness now is water and Haki. Which we saw in Alabasta Arc. He dethroned the King and declared him the ruler of the country. Until Luffy and his crew defeated him. Thereafter he lost his title of Shicubukai. And here is old and new bounty.

OLD BOUNTY – 81,000,000 berries

Jimbe

Next up on the list is my favorite Shicubukai Jimbe. I’m not saying it because he is a member of Straw Hat but due to his nature and character. He is one of the characters who are most loyal and repays his debt whatever it takes.

Jimbe the son of Sea was already a Shicubukai when he was introduced in the story and since then he never fails to impress me with his character. He was a former member of Sun Pirates which consist of all marine members. And currently, he is the Helmsman of the Straw Hat and is their 10th member.

CURRENT BOUNTY- 250,000,000

Trafalgar Law

Well, looking at the current scenario he can be in the Top 3 of the strongest Shicubuaki. But the power level is considered when they still hold the title of Shichubaki so I think this is the right spot for him. Captain of Heart Pirates, Trafalgar Law first came into the picture as one of the members of the west generation. Later after the Marine Ford Arc, he gained the title of a warlord.

He had quite a touching backstory of his own. And about his power level, he was far from the time skip Luffy or Zoro both. And if you are not up to date with current anime then you should look forward to this character as he is going to show some spicy action in the future.

Doflamingo

If someone asked me who is your favorite villain of One Piece then Doffy will always be at the top spot. A villain should be like him, not some half-assed person whose situation made a villain. I really loved how his character was portrayed little psycho and 100% dangerous.

First came into the picture during Marine Fort Arc, he is someone you should never mess with until you are stronger than him. He overthrew the King of Dressrosa and become the ruler of the country. He totally tortured the people of that country. Until the end he made them piss their pants. Totally love his character.

BOUNTY- 340,000,000 berries

Bartholomew Kuma

One of the most mysterious characters in one piece. Though this opinion can be debatable. His full backstory is not yet out in anime at least but it is different for manga readers. My first impression of him was he could be dangerous as he appeared at a critical time when straw Hats just finished their battle. The second reason was that he was connected with the Marines.

But later when some of his backstories of shown and whom he was connected with I felt relieved. But what happen to him was sad and I really want to know why it happen to him. Well, apart from all these things let’s take a look at its bounty.

BOUNTY- 296,000,000 berries

Marshall D. Teach

Personally, I hate his personality. I don’t know why maybe it is because his story is not fully revealed or he betrayed whitebeard and framed Ace and his other works but whatever the case I totally hate his personality. But might be a perfect antagonist for the climax scene of the anime.

I’m looking forward to Luffy and his battle. And here is a pattern I don’t know why but he keeps targeting those whom Luffy cares about a lot and this happens a lot maybe it is for plot development or whatever. I’m looking forward to that day when they face each other.

Dracule Mihawk

And finally Dracule Mihawk. I think he is loved by everyone. His background is still unknown but he still has a character of a man. He is known as the strongest swordsman in the world. He was also a mentor of Zora at one point in time.

Though he was the one who gave him the wound on the chest. I’m looking forward when his story is revealed.

YONKO’S

Here are all known Yonko’s, Gol D. Roger and Rock D. Xebec are not confirmed ones but they were renowned figures so they must be Yonko’s at some point in time. So assuming this I added them to this list. Well now let’s jump into this list.

GOL. D ROGER

Gol D. Roger also known as the Pirate King is the one who brought the whole world into chaos by sending a new generation of Pirates into the sea. He is also known as the father of Protgas D. Ace. And as a friend of Whitebeard and Monkey D. Garp.

He is also the reason behind the fall of the famous Pirate group ROCK D XEBAC who was feared by everyone at that time. Though he was executed by the world government he was almost dead when to a disease.

BOUNTY- 5,564,800,000 berry

ROCK D XEBEC

The captain of Rock’s Pirates a group of pirates which was considered the strongest group of their time. Even the world government feared them. Fear should be normal as this group consists of young Whitebeard, Shiki, Big Mom, Kaido, etc.

And the one holding them together of this man ROCK D. XBEC. His backstory is still not out but you can assume how strong he was to hold these beasts together under one banner. He lost against Roger and Garp who has formed a temporary alliance at that time. He was defeated at a place called God Valley which doesn’t exist on the map anymore.

BOUNTY- UNKNOWN

KAIDO

Kaido holds the title of the strongest creature in this world. And this title is not just for show this is how he was first described when he entered the scene of One Piece- ” In his entire life he was defeated 7 times, captured by Navy and his enemies 18 times, continuously experienced torture and lived as a criminal throughout his life, he tried to kill himself one of was by jumping from Sky Island.

He challenged the Navy and 4 Yonko’s of the sea repeatedly. He was captured 18 times, and sentenced to death 40 times. When he was hunged change broked, when he was guillotined blade got shattered, when speared was embedded spear shattered.

He sank 9 giant prison ships of the Navy, and obviously, no one was able to kill him till this date, even he himself failed. And this Kaido for you.

BIG MOM

I never saw a woman turn into such an ugly hag so fast. From a hot chick to an old hag. Oden had something against her. Well apart from that one can’t take her lightly. Her devil fruit is more dangerous if you show any fear infront of her you become her slave for a lifetime.

To add more to her power she has her whole army and islands. And to add more she had her son who was comparable and strong. Even though she might be the weakest emperor of the sea. She is still a monster among monsters.

BOUNTY – 4,388,000,000 Berries

WHITEBEARD

Now let’s talk about this legendary character. He is one of my all-time favorite characters. His personality is worth respect for each and every action he took every time respect for this character went high.

And respect reached max when he died standing. To me, there is nothing more manly than this took every single shot straight on the face and not a single scratch on his back. To add more he himself decided that this is the place he will die. LOL. And he will die for his son. I mean is there anything more manly than this? Well, I’m waiting for that example.

Whitebeard, Captain of Whitebeard Pirates was the humble and strongest human in the One Piece world. He was in the Rock’s crew at one point in time and thereafter he went on his own journey to make a family. Which he was successful in making.

SHANKS

One of the most mysterious figures in the One Piece world. This figure is more mysterious than One Piece itself. Every One Piece fan is desperate to know his back story. Little is known about him. He was in his crew of Roger, and Buggy was his best buddy at that time.

Thereafter Shinsengumi takes her in custody and eventually, they discover that she daughter of the doctor they are looking for thus they join her in her journey of finding her and act as her protector. Action anime with sword fighting and martial are my favorite category of anime. I would watch any anime which have these things in it. That much psycho I’m for these types of anime. And Mushibugyou is one of them.

The story takes place in the Edo-era of Japan in the early 1700s. This time around it is under the eighth shogun Tokugawa Yoshimune. Who came up with the I idea to interact with its citizen so that he can change things and make the life of his people better.

And when people’s opinions came across the shogun he creates a new magistrate unit—Mushibugyou. This is a group full of elite martial artists. And each of them has its unique martial art and fighting technique. Hopefully, you love it.

One Piece (8.67)

Another anime with sword fighting though it is not a prominent fighting style the second main character is the user of it and it has a fair amount of sword fight in the whole series. And most probably you might have watched or heard about it.

One Piece follows a character name Monkey D.Luffy who sails to sea in order to become the Pirate King. He with his crew member who he has to recruit through various ways explores all the adventures that this world has to offer and eventually comes across the ultimate truth that is been hidden from the world. Yet another anime full of sword fighting. The story of Black Clover follows an orphan boy Asta who dreams to become Magic Emperor. But he is not the only one who is seeking this position his childhood friend Yuno who is also an orphan and his rival also want this position.

Thus they are in fierce competition. But the problem is that Asta doesn’t even have a single ounce of magic whereas Yuno is blessed with the 4 clover leaf magic which was the magic of the first Magic Emperor.

So, how will our protagonist Asta will compete with Yuno? Or you can say does he even have a chance to take the first step which is to become a magic knight? Well, you have to find out by watching this anime.

The story of Buuchigire takes place in an era when samurai ruled Japan. And during this time all the Shinsengumi were annihilated by a single unknown entity and left behind one survivor.

The theme of this anime revolves around Martial Arts. And what will happen when Martial artists from all across the world fight against each other? This anime is Chinese anime but you might enjoy it equally as Japanese dub anime.

The story of this anime goes like this after the mysterious death of Wangyou, Who was the MAster of Hanshui temple simultaneously news about Golden Coffin was spread across the world. And this news triggered a huge conflict in the World of Martial Artists. Watch the anime and follow the group of youths, Lei Wujie, Tang Lian, Sikong Qianluo, Xiao Sem, and Heavenly Maiden Rui on their adventure to discover the mystery behind the Golden Coffin.

Basilisk (7.55)

The story takes place in the year 1614AD. And there is a huge clash among the son of Hidetada Tokugawa. Each of them supports by two big ninja clans.

And thus they came up with the idea of a death match among ten representatives of the Ninja Clan. The prize will be a scroll and the annihilation of the other sect. Until he came across Kuchiki Rukia who is a Shinigami. She was on a mission to kill an evil spirit called Hollow but was injured in action and that is when she came across Kurosaki Ichigo our protagonist. So what changes will take place when these two meet who are not supposed to meet each other?

Noragami (7.96)

Yet another fantastic anime series with lots of sword action. Noragami is the story of Yato Gami or a God whose name is Yato who has been the strip of his position as God. The story takes place in a realm where almost eight million Gods, and dead spirits. And the power of these Gods is determined by their followers. The god with the highest followers is the most powerful and vice-versa.

And among these gods is Yato an ancient warrior God who is on the verge of begin extent. You may ask how. If Yato Gami losses all his followers he will die. And thus this playful Yato game is trying his best to create new followers but due to his nature this seems to be impossible and that is when he meets a high school girl called Iki Hiyori.

Fate/Stay Night (8.19)

The story of Fate/Stay Night revolves around a war called The Holy Grail War. This war is a battle royal which is fought among seven magi. These Mag’s are Master who bears a seal and these seals allow them to summon servants they are not your normal servants but war heroes from their dimension and they will fight amongst each other to get The Ultimate Prize The holy Grail.

This Holy Grail can make any wish come true and thus with this begins the fifth Holy Grail war. Rin Toosaka is one of the seven magi who entered the competition with her servant Archer. And at the same time by mistake one of her classmates also gets involved in this war and summoned a servant name Saber. Thus they form a temporary alliance.

Brave 10 (6.76)

A young priestess named Isanami is forced to watch evil ninjas burn down her temple as well as her people right infront of her. She is left with no choice but to flee from there and seek help for her revenge. And thus she ran and ran and ran until she stumbled across a Ninja who is masterless his name is Saizou Kirigakure.

They both started traveling together to seek help from Saizou Kirigakure who lives in Ueda Castle. And when they finally met Isanami reveals her secret and thus he agrees to help her. And thus form a group called Brave 10. This group’s sole purpose is to find and annihilate those evil ninjas. Each of these Nija possesses tremendous power and technique.

Samurai 7 (7.45)

With a similar concept to Brave 10. Samurai 7 is the story where 7 samurai gather to stand against evil. And we viewers are blessed to watch this epic battle that is going fought between them.

The story of Samurai 7 takes place in a far distant future a planet that looks like earth or even can be called earth. There was a war going on between samurais who mechanized themselves. And eventually when the war ended peace thrived across the land. But complete peace is a myth.

There is always someone who destroyed other people’s happy life. And the same thing happens with the people of Kanna Village. They face threats such as starvation and abductions at the hands of fearsome mechanized bandits. Thus people of the village hired samurais to fight against these bandits. But the problem is that they have nothing to offer to them the only thing they can offer is food.

So, with all these problems few people decide to take on this challenge and went on a journey to find a few capable samurai who are willing to help them.

Claymore (7.75)

Youma are human flesh-eating demons who are roaming around the world. One of them entered Raki’s village and annihilate the whole village and when he thought he is dead he is saved by a woman called Clair. A silver-eyed warrior whose sole purpose in life is to exterminate these Youma.

Raki who has nowhere to go decides to follow Clair and started to learn her backstory. She is a part of a group called Claymore a group made up of half human half Youma. They are beings who fight against Youma. And as they cross each village and they are the closing distance between their destination he leans more about Clair and her peers.

Shigurui (7.38)

Another amazing Anime with a sword fight. The story of Shigurui takes place in Edo Era, this time around people is enjoying their peace. But Lord Tokugawa has other planes. He decides to hold a tournament where marital artist fight against each other.

In past, they used to fight against each other using wooden swords. But this time around rules have changed and real swords are being used. Two disciples of Iwamoto Kogan are the main contestant in this fight one is blind and the other is armed and they will fight against each to determine the greatest one among them.

But only one can be champion and the winner will be declared the greatest disciple of Iwamoto Kogan.

Blade of the Immortal (6.82)

Hmm, I haven’t watched this anime myself but after reading the synopsis of this anime I think it might be a good one. Here is how the anime goes.

Swordsmen known as Hunder Mankiller in feudal Japan are roaming all around Japan. He got this name by killing hundreds of innocent humans. This is the story of Majin a cursed swordsman. Cursed you may ask how?

Well, he has a curse of immortality which was given to him by eight-hundred-year-old nun Yaobiuni, she places a bloodworm in his body which can heal any kind of wound. And struggling all through this curse he asked her to free him from this curse and she asked him to kill 1000 evil men.

And now he is roaming all around Japan when he came across a girl called Ri. She wants his help to take revenge on the people who killed her parents. Though Majin refused to help her she reluctantly pursues him and thus he eventually gives up and decides to protect her for 4 years.

Rurouni Kenshin (8.29)

The storyline of this anime takes viewers to the end of the Bakumatsu era. When there was a legendary assassin called Hitokiri Battousai. He was famous for his merciless killing and was unmatched throughout the country. But one day he suddenly disappeared without a trace.

And now it’s been 10 years since peace thrived throughout the country. But his name still makes veteran officers tremble in fear. And far from all this our protagonist Hitokiri Battousai is living his life in peace while traveling and now he has decided not to kill anymore. And help out the weak.

And while traveling he came across a dojo where a girl named Kaoru Kamiya was facing problems from a fake Hitokiri Battousai. And thus he decided to halt his travel a little and help her out. But the question is will this would allow him to keep his vow or he has to go back from his vow?

Kimetsu No Yaba (8.53)

Well, this anime got everything that an anime lover needs- sword fight(check), amazing storyline(check), mindblowing animation(check), and character development(check). Name it and this anime got it.

The story goes like this Kamado Tanjiro a young lad living in the countryside on a hill with his family peacefully. When a tragedy strikes him and his family. His family was slaughtered by a Demon. And fortunately, his sister survives but she has now turned into a demon.

Now our protagonist Kamado Tanjiro seeks revenge and wants to kill the demon who turned his sister into a demon and slaughter his family and also he wants to turn her sister back into a human. And thus he and his sister go on an adventure full of unknown threats. Can they survive and kill that demon?

Gintama (9.05)

This one is a highly recommended one if you are looking for anime with sword fight, comedy, action, sci-fi, and adventure. The story takes place in an era when aliens have overtaken the world. Even the samurai have been suppressed and are forbidden to use swords.

This anime follows a samurai called Gintoki who is a samurai with a very unique style. In the beginning, anime is full of comedy. Later on, anime takes a serious phase but comedy here and there.

You should watch it and take my word you will love it. Anime is complete and its last movie was released this year.

So, when he becomes strong he can possess him and conquer the Assiah.

And now the story shifts to a boy called Rin Okumura who is a troublesome teenager who never listens to anyone. But one incident shook his life, he find out that he is the son of the Demon Lord and he has to go back to him. But he refuses to do so and can join a group called Exorcist. So, can he stop the demon lord with his brother Yukio?

Sword Art Online (7.20)

The theme of this anime is Virtual Reality. The story of Sword Art Online begins with the discovery of a device called NerveGear, which enables the user to travel into another fantasy virtual world. Usually, an ancient world where he/she has to clear the dungeon. Everything here is just like real one can do everything that he/she can do in reality.

And the interesting thing is that you can play this game while you are sleeping which will not affect your normal routine. Until the beta test is over. On the day of its official release day, the true intention of the developer was discovered. The people who logged into this game cannot log out and if forced to log out Nevegear will automatically blast itself and kill the user. And thus leaving only one option which is to clear the game. But can they do it?

Guilty crown(7.43)

And to counter these United Nations send a GHQ to assist with this virus. Though it help in containing the virus with that, they took democracy too. And now the people of Japan are living under their control and its been a decade.

The people of Japan are frustrated and want to break free of this slavery. But can they? Who will be this light of hope for the people of Japan? Check out the anime to know about it.

Ninja Scroll (6.67)

The timeline of the story takes place fourteen years after the defeat of the immortal warrior Himuro Genma and Shogun of the Dark’s evil plans.

And the story focuses on Kibagami Jubei who is a masterless swordsman who is roaming all around the country and on his journey he meets Shigure, a priestess who has never been out of the village. She faced the wrath of evil as her village people were all killed mercilessly and she is next. And that is when she meets Kibagami Jubei. So how will this fateful meeting change their destiny check out the anime to know more?

Afro Samurai (7.36)

Afro Samurai without a doubt is one of the best anime with Sword Fighting. This anime is completely filled with Sword fighting or you can say one-sided massacre by Afro our protagonist of this anime.

When Afro was just a boy he saw his father massacred by a guy known as Justice. They had a number 2 band And his father was the number 1 band holder.

And years later when he grew up and was making himself ready for his revenge. Afro finally gets his hand on the number 2 band. But the number two holder can challenge number 1 but number 2 can be challenged by anyone throughout the country. And thus he has to fight his way all through and then defeat number 1 and get the revenge for which he was preparing.

Samurai Champloo (8.50)

Yet another samurai anime and the Era in which this anime focuses is non-other than Edo. This is the story of Fuu Kasumi who is a clumsy yet energetic waitress who works at two a small tea house.

One day she spilled tea on a customer and find herself in a tight situation and that is when her friend Mugen came forward to help her and defeated them all in an instant. Seeing this a warrior’s blood started to boil and a fearce fight take place between them and in this course a young man died. And thus they were sentenced to death.

But Fuu rescued them and now these two are in debt to her and started following her while she is looking for a warrior. So who is this warrior and why is she looking for him?

Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken (8.13)

Sword fighters are introduced later in the anime but it is worth watching if you haven’t. And the story follows a 37-year-old man who was just living his boring life. But things changed when one day on his way back home he was killed in action to save his colleague.

And he was thus born into a fantasy world as a slime. But wait before you start making assumptions in your mind that it would be a boring anime. I highly recommend this anime.

He is not your ordinary slime but he has an extraordinary ability to change the shape and ability of things that he eats.

Vinland Saga (8.73)

Another mind-blowing anime is full of fantasy, action, and adventure. This anime got all. The theme of the anime is based on Vikings and if you are into Vikings then you will love it. This is the story of Thorffin a Viking child who saw his father being killed right in front of his father and thus he decide to follow the one who killed his father until he could take his revenge.

But fate has something else written for him the revenge that he was preparing himself was never meant to be taken as he was killed. So what will he do? Without any goal or anything? Check out the anime to know.

Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou (7.20)

This anime has 2 seasons and if you are into an anime where Mc is betrayed and take revenge then this might be one for you.

So, the story follows a 17-year-old Hajime Nagumo who is your average otaku. He used to live his normal student life just like the rest of us. But the life of his and his classmate turns upside down when they all were summoned into a fantasy world as a hero. And their mission was to clear dungeons that were said to be impossible to conquer.

And thus he and his party started clearing the dungeon. But due to jealousy one of his teammates betrayed him and push him into the labyrinth.

And thus begin the new journey of Hajime to survive the deepest part of the dungeon and take his revenge. So, how will make this possible? Watch the anime to know more.

Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka (7.56)

Well, you might have heard or even watched about Manga and its anime. This is the story of Bell Cranel who is a young lad who lives with his goddess Hestia.

This young boy is trying to find his way into this world where there is a huge dungeon filled with monsters and the depth of the dungeon is still unknown.

Bell Cranel and many other people live with their goddess who descended on earth from Heaven to help these humans.
Bell Cranel has a big dream and while chasing it he ran across swordswomen with whom he fell in love at first sight. But can an amateur adventurer dare to do so?

The story of Monster follows Kenzou Tenma who is a Japanese surgeon working as a brain surgeon in Germany. He had everything that one wishes for. A perfect carrier ahead, a loving fiancee, money, and whatnot.

But he was disappointed because of the hospital’s politics. And despite being warned by others he does surgery on a young boy who was shot by a mayor in the head. And with this event, his life started to fall apart he lost the support of the director, which eventually leads to losing his job, and to add further he also lost his fiancee.

But soon the director and the doctor who replaced him were murdered. And he was called back but he was also the prime suspect in the murder. To add more to the suspension the boy he saved was not just an ordinary boy he has more to him. Now Tenma has to get to the bottom of everything so that he can clear his name. And find out the Monster behind all these incidents. It is one of the best sadistic anime out there though it is old at the same time, it is gold.

When They Cry

Another sadistic anime. The story follows Maebara Keiichi who has just shifted to a new town Hinamizawa. Now he spends his life blissful with his friends and with his classmates. Until one day he hears news of a murder that occurred in his neighborhood.

This is the point where horrific incidents start happening to Keiichi. And the more he started to notice other things the better he seems to know his friends. He found out there is more them how they look. So what future holds for Keiichi?

Perfect Blue

Well, the title of this anime gives a positive vibe at first look but as for the anime itself, it lacks good vibes. The story of Perfect Blue follows a Pop singer Kirigoe Mima who was looking forward to her future after quitting her group in order to pursue her career in acting.

And soon he lands the role of sexually-charged murder mystery, but with this role, her life starts to fall apart. Reality and hallucination she can’t figure out what it is? Innocence is lost and dreams started to become like nightmares. And while dealing with this dangerous paranoid delusion she stumbles across a website that has described each and every detail of thing that is going to happen in her life.

So, what is she going to do? And she survives this hell? Check out the anime to find out.

Hellsing Ultimate

At the center of this anime is Hellsing which is a secret organization which is sponsored by the British Government. And it is their duty to protect the people of this country and protect their blissfulness. To maintain this blissfulness they have a perfect and most dangerous weapon which is Alucard a vampire. Which is tremendously powerful. I have covered his power and other detail in one of my blogs.

Though it is not clear how he feels about being a servant to others it is perfectly clear that he loves his job which is vampire exterminator. But soon a threat arise which was thought to be dead fifty years ago.

A group of vampires was secretly planning to do something. So, Hellsing has to do something about this threat which is growing at an alarming rate.

Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne

At the center of this anime is, Rin Asagi your normal-looking ordinary office lady. But on another hand, he is a private investigator who is willing to take any job be it finding a cat or be it infiltrating any secret organization. She will do it for you but not for free obviously.

But you may ask what makes her so fearless well it is her abilities that she is indestructible, supernatural healing, and mutation. So with her friend Mimi she takes a job to infiltrate and unbury the darkest secrets of society. Can she do it and if she is able to do it then what are these dark secrets and how dark are they?

Black Lagoon

The story is about Okajima Rokuro he is your pul-upon businessman. But one day when he was on a business trip he was kidnap and ransomed by the Lagoon company. He was abandoned by his boss and thus joined the Lagoon company and now he has to work for them this Lagoon Company is a mercenary pirate operating out of the crime-riddled city of Roanapur.

Now he has to face the worst politics of the underworld at the same time he has to survive in this situation with his short-tempered and gun-toting coworker. Can he survive this hell?

I don’t know if this is sadistic anime or not as it was suggested to me by someone. Well apart from that even if it is not sadistic it is still worth it and I’m sure you will not get bored by watching this it is one of the highest-rated anime out there.

The story of Psyco-pass goes like this in the distant future a system is developed which can read one’s emotions and can determine his tendency to do a crime even before it occurs. And to maintain peace and harmony among people a unit is established for this particular cause.

This is Enforcement Division which works in the field and the other one is the Supervision Division which keeps an eye on their colleagues in the Enforcement Division. From my perspective, it is a kind of sadistic anime it gives negative vibes whenever I hear its name as all the memory related to this anime comes out.

Well, let’s get to the main topic which is its storyline. The story of this anime follows a young lad Mirai Kakehashi who is your depressed school kid who was getting ready to commit suicide but halfway through his journey to the other world he is rescued by an angel.

And this doesn’t stop there he is now the contender to become a god. And for that purpose the Angel saved him. He with the other 12 contestants has to fight to the death coming for 999days. As the current is old and is fed up with his position he wants to offer the position to young ones. Does Mirai have what it takes to be a god? Find out yourself.

Angel of death

Another sadistic anime. And these anime take place in a single building which is hell in itself. The story of this anime revolves around two psycho characters one wants to die and the other wants to kill they both end up together and now they decide to flee from this hell together. Can they both make it out alive or will their dreams come true? Check out the anime to know more about Zack and Rachel as well as their sadistic side.

Attack On Titan

Attack on Titan is a combination it sometimes gives a vibe of sadism and sometimes it gives a warm feeling but at the end of the anime it takes a sharp turn towards the sadistic type and never comes to the warm side.

The story of AOT follows a young lad name Eren YAger who was having the times of his life with his childhood friend Mikasa, Armin, and his mother. But this happiness came to an end when his village was attacked by a giant-sized titan which was never seen in the history of the paradise island.

This incident took everything from his happy life and his mother. And what left him was his friends. Now with his friend Miakasas and Armin, they decide to join Titan’s extermination squad so that they can root out the main cause who created this mass destruction and destroyed their happy life.

Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom

The story takes place in America where assassination is a normal thing and it happens almost every day. And behind most of these assassinations is a group called Inferno. And the reason behind this group is so powerful is an assassin named Phantom. It is said that he is nearly invincible and is the leader of this group.

But our protagonist is a normal tourist from Japan. By mistake saw the identity of this Phantom and is now on a chase. But as his luck ran out he was captured and brainwashed and he now has to work under them and do all kinds of dirty work. Can he escape this hell? More importantly, can he survive in this hell without his memory?

Elfen Lied

The story revolves around a species called Dicionii, also called a two-horned human, they are said to be the next human evolution. And as always because of the fear of death humanity captured these Dicinoii and ran various experiments on them.

And among these Dicionii was a young girl who somehow escaped this hell but in this process, she killed many guards. At the same time while escaping she suffered from Amnesia. She was found by Kouta and Yuka who found her floating near Yuigahama of Kamakura city. They gave her the name Nyuu and thus they started living together. But the question is how long they can leave peacefully when the whole organization is in search of her.

Paprika

I would say this anime has quite a unique storyline. It goes like this beautiful therapist Chiba Atsuko and a genius scientist Tokita Kosaku were working at a psycho-medical Institue. And they were working on a device that they were successful in making. It is a device that let them monitor patients’ dreams and their inner world.

But just when things were working well. Their device was stolen and the one who has stolen this device is terrorizing other people. This is when Chiba decides to get to the bottom of this and find out who is the culprit. So who is this culprit? And what are the other possible thing that can be done with this device?

Death Billiards

What would you do if you were abducted and you can’t even remember how? And all of sudden you were asked to play a game and you have to play it as your life is at stake. How would you relate to this? Let me know in the comment section down below.

Hey, anime fans hope you all doing great. For us, anime fans seeing our strongest most loved main characters fight and overpower some villains are one of the best moment in our life. Be it Madara playing with all the shinobi alliance or be it Escanor completely destroying Estorasa.

We all just love to see these overpowered moments. But who are the 10 strongest among these badass characters that are on the next level to others? To answer this question I had written a full blog for you on the 10 Strongest Anime Characters 2022.

Well, to be honest, there are more than 10 who are all on the same level in my eyes(a little bit of up and down) but for sake of simplicity, I chose the top 10 in this list.

Here Is how I have decided that one is strongest. Firstly, they must possess planetary-level threats which means they have the power to destroy the world. Secondly, they should be badass as hell. This one I just made up.

Here are the characters that I have not included –

Firstly if they are gods or divine beings described in anime or manga. They are out of this list. For example characters like Zeno-Sama, Gilgamish who is ⅔ god and ⅓ human.
Secondly, if their full power level is yet to be shown or described they are out of this list. So characters like Shanks, Gojo, etc are out.

Now with all these let’s get straight up to the list of 10 Strongest Anime Characters 2022. These are the top 10 contenders in this list so no one is no.1 and no one is no.10.

Koro-sensei

Kuro Sensei from Assassination Classroom is the homeroom teacher in class 3-E of Kunugigaoka Junior High School. He is one of the lead characters in the anime and the story revolves around him.

He is training his students to assassinate him as he threats the people of earth to destroy the earth as he destroyed the moon. His true intentions, as well as his back story, are revealed later in the series. Matter of fact he is very sensitive toward his student.

His face turns red which is a sign that he is very angry when his student was bullied by a teacher.

Koro-sensei looks like a yellow octopus with much superhuman ability that people dream about. And these abilities made him a great threat to the people of earth.

Ability

Now let’s talk about the abilities that he possesses.

• Protective coloring: Kuro-sensei depending on the situation can change his color. It acts as camouflage.
• Liquefaction- This is the ability he developed after getting poisoned once and to counter it developed fluid control.
• Absolute Defense- Kuro-sensei can shrink his body and form a sphere that acts as a shield and protect him from any kind of attack.
• High Speed- He possesses this amazing skill in which he can travel faster than the speed of sound I guess around Mach 20.
• Laser via Energy- He can transfer his internal energy into his tentacles and shoot a laser.
• Superhuman Reflexes- Koro-sensei has superhuman reflexes as he can dodge multiple bullets of anti-sensei which are specially made to kill him.
• Regeneration- He possesses a totally overpowered skill regeneration. He can regenerate any body part of his body.
• Eidetic memory- Koro-sensei possesses eidetic memory which allows him to remember everything that he has seen or learned and use it to his advantage.
• Superhuman Digestion- Other than the anti-sensei bullet Koro-sensei can eat and digest anything that he wants to.
• Genius Intellect- Even before gaining his powers Koro-sensei possessed a high intellect as he can learn various complex things and problems in a matter of minutes.
• Assassination- Koro-sensei possesses an extraordinary ability in assassination be it students or other top assains he can completely destroy them.

Eren

Eren Yeager the protagonist and the antagonist of the anime Attack on Titan secure a position in this list of 10 Strongest Anime Characters. He is one of those kind-hearted characters that the world made into a villain.

The story of him turning into a villain is also mind blogging. It is really amazing how the event turned and as an anime fan, it is what I expect from animes. A sudden turn of events makes viewers look a fools as everything was infront of them yet they can’t see that coming.

The story of Eren Yeager goes like this- Eren was a kind-hearted boy who used to live with his father, mother, and his childhood friend Mikasa. But a calamity strike them and their lives were turned upside down. His mother died living behind with nowhere to do. Now he is with Mikasa and another friend Armin.

They decided to join Survey Corps which is responsible to kill titans. And he decided to eradicate titans from the map.

Power And Abilities

Now let’s talk about the power and abilities that Eren possessed. Eren has the titan of the founding titan from whom all the other titans emerged. And these titans are capable of destroying the whole world living behind nothing and because of this Eren Yeager was able to take the spot on this list.

The power of founding let him absorb the other titan and use their ability which makes him very dangerous as these titans have very unique power which is impossible to defend against. For example power of Hammer Titan can allow him to harden his muscles to an extent where it is impossible to pierce through, Let alone damage him.

Now let’s take a look at other abilities that other titans provided him and the abilities he had as a founder titan.

• Superhuman Strength: There are many abilities that founder titan provided Eren. One of them is superhuman strength that lets them easily lift boulders of many tons easily.
• Superhuman Speed: With access to founder titan he was able to achieve a superhuman strength second to only Riner who was in possession of one of the titans whose main power of super speed. Eren can run at superhuman speed for a long time which makes it a very special power.
• Regeneration- One of the best abilities in my perspective. As it is very painful to lose one of the limbs and with the loss of a limb you will lose your power level drastically. Access to titan gave him the ability to regenerate not only his titan body but also his human body which means he was just immortal until his body stop regeneration temporarily.
• Here is an amazing ability that made him different from other titans such as he can control his regeneration, crystal hardening of his fist and neck, and future memory. These are some of the amazing abilities that he possessed with founder titan.

Acnologia

Acnologia is also known as the Dragon King. He was the first and most powerful dragon slayer who ever lived. Nobody comes even close to his power level in comparison to other dragon slayers.

He was a cataclysmically powerful Dragon Slayer and as per his wish, he can change his form. He is the final boss of the anime Fairy Tail and is one of the most feared being in the entire fairy tale arc. It is said that no one has ever lived after facing him.

But he was not like this from the beginning. In his early days around 400 years ago from the current fairy tale timeline when he was a human, he used to be a doctor who was kind-hearted and used to treat dragons. But fate had something else written for him. The same dragon he saved destroyed his village and even killed his family.

And then he with other members of his group became dragon slayers. But due to excess power, they became corrupt and couldn’t handle the power. Acnologiya has killed so many dragons and bathed in their blood that he was transformed into a dragon itself.

Gildarts from the Fairy Tale guild, when he was on his 100-year quest meet with this
Calamity and saw death for an intense. He was the first to encounter Acnologia and survive Though he lost one hand, one leg, and some organs. But he survived somehow.

Ability

Now let’s take a look at some of his abilities.

• Dragon Slayer Magic: He doesn’t have a Dragon Slayer Magic to be precise. That is because the overuse of his magic leads to its loss. But what is fascinating about him is that hie immune to every magic that is present in the world.
• Dragon’s Roar: Well just like other dragons and dragon slayers he also had a dragon roar. But his was on a completely different level compared to other dragon slayers. As we saw in the case of Tenrou island which was entirely eradicated by his single roar and even created a giant crater in the ocean. His roar can even divide the ocean in half.
• Mouth Blast: Acnologya can throw a huge blast of magic from his mouth which even created a ripple effect in the time rift.
• Here is capable of performing much other magic but let’s take a look at them at once- Finger BeamEruption, Eternal Flare, Kinetic BlastsShockwaves, Time Magic, Healing Magic, Dragon Form, Flight, Enhanced Durability, Enhanced Strength, Enhanced Speed, Immense Strength: Immense Speed and Agility, Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant, Immense Durability, Telepathic Immunity.

Broly

Certainly one of the top contenders in the Strongest Anime Characters. Broly from Dragon Ball Universe is a Saiyan just like Goku and Vegeta. But he is a little bit of a special case as he is a legendary super Saiyan.
He is certainly one of my favorite characters from the Dragon Ball Universe. He is the son of Paragus. And was one of the Demonic Saiyan that is born every thousand years and due to his power level certainly higher than that of Vegeta. He was stranded by King Vegeta.

Where grew up with his father until he was rescued by Cheelao and Lemo who were subordinates of Frieza. But he is quite different from his counterpart who were murderers and lunatics. This behavior was due to his not-so-tragic backstory and his lonely life on a planet where there were not so many special begin.

But he is somewhat lunatic in case of a fight. As he can sense danger very quickly and during he goes into berserk mode and nothing can handle him. He can’t determine who is a friend and who is his foe.

Abilities

Now let’s take a look at this madman’s ability-

• Flight- First and most common ability among Saiyan is flight. And like other Bro;y can also fly.
• Ki Blast- This is the most basic form of energy wave.
• Heat Resistance- He has a high resistance against heat, he can even pass through lava by making his energy a barrier.
• Saiyan Power – We have witnessed this power many times in the series as Goku and Vegeta have gone through this. Well, this is how it works. In the face of adversity, this trait helps to get stronger and overcome that barrier that was hard to overcome. Which eventually lead to an increase in raw power and an increase in every other aspect.
• Mimicry- One of the most dangerous out there and if the antagonist has this then it gone a be long and fierce fight. This ability let the user get the technique of others just by looking once. And now not only he has his technique but other abilities too. Which made Broly even scarier.
• Dashing Punch- A punch thrown at the enemy at high speed. This punch not only has a force of the one body but the momentum of the speed too. Which is many times greater than your normal punch.

Meruem

The main antagonist of the Chimera Ant Arc. Meruem is also known as King by others. Was one of the most badass characters that anime has ever produced. Literally one of the most badass until the end but that arrogance caused his death eventually though.

Chimera Ant Arc was one of the darkest and sadistic arcs that I have ever seen. Initially, the king was very violent and cruel. At first glance, Queen’s intentions seem to work as he was as he wanted but later he goes through a change of heart. And started to develop feelings of love for Komugi a human girl.

He started questioning the difference between ants and humans and many more questions started taking place in his mind which he tried asking her. But to me, the most epic thing was his battle with Netro.

I really loved Netro was giving his all and he was just a little bit serious. Even the ultimate move of Netro was not enough for him. But he never saw through that due to his ignorance and because of that, he died. If he had not died back then he might have been the strongest and most badass character that might be out there.

Abilities

Now let’s take a look at some of his abilities-

• Immense Strength: This one should be considered as a default ability for every strongest anime character. You can grasp the sheer power of Meruem just by looking at how he ripped off Netro’s arm and one leg with a single punch.
• Immense Speed and Reflexes: Second default ability that the strongest anime characters possess. You can grasp this one by this one- He was able to easily dodge Netro’s faster-than-sound punches and gave him a counterattack ripping off his one arm and one leg. Other than he can instantly rip off the internal organs of anybody.
• Immense Durability: Meruem has exceptional durability as he was able to endure so much attacks from Netro which were thrown with so much power and faster than the speed of sound combined. And still suffered approx Nul damage.
• Immense Agility: Blessed with an elastic body and inhuman agility he can bend or avoid attacks by changing direction which is merely impossible for humans to do. And using this he was able to easily dodge Netro’s many attacks.
• Extraordinary Intelligence: Just like other antagonists Merurm possesses extraordinary intelligence. Which helps him to read the minds of other people easily. Which gave him an upper hand in many scenarios while fighting against Netro.
• Nen: Unlike other Royal Guards Meruem possessed nen. He had a specialization in using Nen. With that, he also bestowed both Shaiapouf and Menthuthuyoupi’s abilities for his own. He can also boost his Nen by consuming other nen users.
• Meruem also had enhanced perception and was a brilliant strategist.

Escanor

Another one of the most epic and badass anime characters. The Lion Sin Of Pride Esacanor is a man worthy of his name. Totally loved this character. His entry in battel has never disappointed me never. Be it his first appearance or be it make a joke about Estarosa or be it fight against Meliodas. Every fight was epic.

I would say he was a well-written character. Escanor was since his childhood a unique human who possessed the power of a fallen angel. And if you have watched the anime til the end then you know whose power it is. his power unparalleled by any human he was discriminated against by everyone even his family and was described as a monster by his parents and brother.

His power was simple as the sun grows in the sky his power increases exponentially and at noon he is the strongest being but at night he is the opposite of what he is in the morning. You can just slap the shit out of him at night. To add more power he had an axe and this axe is not any ordinary axe that can be used by anyone. Once Galand the Truth of truth tried to pick this axe out of ignorance and he was not able to move it. Instead, he was beaten to death by Escanor.

Abilities

Now let’s take a look at his abilities.

Sunshine: This is the ability that I was talking about earlier. He is strongest at noon and weakest at night. But in the morning you better not come infront of him if you pissed him off at night. This ability not only give him power but also bulks up his frame just like any legendary bodybuilder. He is totally ripped and can easily win Mr.Olampiya.

• Super Slash: This is a superpower full downward slash that even if you are not in its trajectory you would still feel it. This powerful blow delivered by his axe is extremely dangerous.
• The One: This ability is one of the badass abilities that any anime character can possess as his trump card. At noon when his abilities are at their peak For one miniature he becomes the source of power and is invincible during that duration. Totally badass ability is it?
• Divine Sword Escanor: This is a powerful downward strike created by his hand. It was so powerful that it was able to destroy Zeldris’ Ominous Nebula.
• Divine Spear Escanor: Yet another badass move possessed by lord Escanor. But this time he use his index finger to pierce through the enemy’s body.
• The One: Rember I said that The One should be the trump card that every MC has but guess what this is not the last resort for Escanor. He came with the Ultimate The One. But this one is double edge. Why you may ask.
• Well, this ability consume his life energy and convert this life energy to enhance his already invincible ability. Not only he can use The One for a longer duration but can exponentially increase its power.
• Here are the items that Escasor possessed-

3. Magic Glasses

Whitebeard

Another character that I love and have huge respect for. I would have loved him to watch his if ever made. Totally badass and fearless character. Edward Newgate or Whitebeard. Was one of the 4 emperors of the sea despite being old and severally weak due to diseases he possessed the power to destroy the world whenever he wished.

And for these types of characters respect automatically comes from within. Yes, I know he is fictional but still the value that he had are the ones that I respect.

Whitebeard was a being n One Piece world that was feared by everyone and from everyone one I really mean everyone. He possessed the power to split the ocean in half and make it look like a piece of cake. I mean who does this? This is the moment I became his fan.

Despite being on his deathbed, he beat the shit out of Akainu. He was toying with him. Throwing him crushing him however he pleased to. To remind you Akianu, he is the strongest admiral. And he was toying with him despite his old age, severely diseased, wounded, with it don’t even know how many bullets in his body, half of his skull destroyed, and whatnot.

The most epic one was his death not a single scratch on his back and he died standing. I mean who can be more epic and legendary than this character?

Abilities

• Physical Abilities- Let’s start with the basics. He has so much raw power that even giants were mere ants infront of him. As we have witnessed in the Marine Fort Arc how he smashed Vice Admiral Ronse’s head with a single hand and made him unconscious, Despite begin ill.
• Tolerance- Nobody comes close to his in terms of tolerance in my eye. He just kept going and going and going till his last breath. He took hundreds of bullets, hundreds by stabs, and abilities for many others. He took cannon shots and whatnot and still went on and on and on.
• Devil Fruit- Whitebeard had Gura Gura no Mi a paramecia-type devil fruit that allowed him to generate vibration in anything he wished. Even in the air. As we saw how he created a tsunami and spit the ocean.
• This devil fruit even enhances his attack and can be cast over his fist, weapons, and the thing he wishes to cast on. This can create slash, attack bombs, and other things that he wishes for.
• Apart from being an attack type this devil fruit also provides him with defense from any kind of attack. Shock waves from this devil fruit can block any kind of attack.
• And according to Sengoku the Admiral of the Navy whitebeard possessed the ability to destroy the whole world but choose not to.
• Weapon- Apart from his devil fruit Whitebeard possessed a legendary blade just like Enma which Zero possessed. Its name was BIsento. That blade was not for a show he actually was skilled in using it. As we have seen him fighting against roger using that, and even against shanks too.
• Apart from this Whitebeard has all three types of Haki that are Kenbunshoku Haki, Busoshoku Haki, Haoshoku Haki

Ainz Ooal Gown

Ainz Ooal Gown is one of the most overpowered MCs from the very beginning of the series. Ainz Ooal Sown also known as Momogan is the MC of the series Overlord. Though to me he seems more like an antagonist of the whole series since till now there is no one in the whole series who is on his level or a little threat to his entity.

And is more of an antagonist rather than a protagonist. But the most important thing about him is his power which is totally overpowering. He crushes one will to fight just by giving them an enemy that they can’t even dream to defeat.

He showed his power in battle against a human country where he single handle massacred their whole army just by sending his minions. I know I should not call them minions and say I don’t know why they were so disgusting. And another remarkable thing about him is his caution against a little bit of threat. Though they are not even a threat to him he considers them as one and thus prepares things for them according. But putting a hefty defense and attack magic that is nearly impossible to breach.

Abilities

Now let’s take a look at his abilities.

• Supernatural Strength: On many occasions, he should have the strength that is far beyond human capabilities. Such as he easily smashed through the ogre, crush Clementine’s body, he smashed two angels down to the ground. And on many other occasions, he showed others his true and all might raw strength.
• Supernatural Mobility: Ainz Ooal Gown has super mobility which surpasses everybody in the series there is only one character that is capable of getting up to his speed that is Shalltear. Other than her no one even comes close to her.
• Supernatural Durability: Here is a saying that I created that is with great power comes great durability. You can predict his durability just by this event- he only incurs pain when hit by the most powerful blast from an angel.
• Magic- Now let’s talk about the most fascinating thing that he has which is his magic. He had so much magic that it is even hard to count. But for sake of example here are some- black holes, undead summoning skill, bestowing powerful blasts which can create a large crater, instant kill spell.
• Intimidation: Ainz Ooal Gown’s presence only can create fear in others. He is a very powerful being and thus possesses a high level of intimidation. For example, during the battle of the RE-Estes kingdom, he scared the whole army with only his presence. His presence brought shivers to their bones.
• Let’s take a look at his other types of equipment he has all the strength of all 41 Supreme Beings. Ex-
• Compliance with Law, Takemikazuchi MK 8, Amaterasu & Tsukuyomi, Female Sensei’s Iron Fist of Wrath, Houyi’s Bow, Suck The Blood And Eat The Flesh, Earth Recover.

Father

Father from Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood is another top contender in this list of 10 Strongest Anime Characters. Father the antagonist of the series is 400+ years old and resembles the father of Edward & Alphonse Elric “Van Hohenheim”. He is also the first homunculi that came into existence.

He is a ruthless tyrant that will go to any extent to get immortality. He is the one that created other homunculi directly or indirectly. He deems power and ownership of the world. He was created from the essence of Eye and thus his shadow actually has a great resemblance to Eye. All his knowledge was obtained from Eye.

Abilities

His abilities vary according to to form which he has taken as he has many forms-
True Form, Evolved, Father takes on a form identical to Pride, Father takes on a giant form, Father’s Hohenheim-like container, Father’s fourth form, a “miniature sun within his hand”.

• First Form- This is just a small round mass with a single eye, tendril-like arm, and wide toothy mouth. Which looks just like Eye of Truth. Though he can’t use alchemy in that form still can teach others how to do it. After his defeat, he returned to this form.
• Evolved- During his battle against Hohenhelm when he was still in the container he was losing the battle. Thus revealed his second form in an unseen battle. In his second form, he resembles his ancient flask form.
• Form identical to Pride- In his third form, he can take the form of his son Pride not completely but identical. And that is without any container.
• Giant form- After absorbing around 50 million souls of the citizen of Amestris his form changed and he became like a giant cyclopean being. He also claims that this was his true form all along.
• Hohenheim-like container- When he was in Xerxes due to the limitation of his body in the container he transformed into Hohenhelm, excluding his skin color, hair color, and hairstyle.
• After absorbing God- His fourth form was the younger version of Hohenheim. And due to the sacrifice he received, he was able to absorb the beings on the other side of the gate which were Gods.

Saitama

Saitama the caped Baldy. A person who is a hero just for fun And still not gets recognized by others instead is treated ill. Even though he saved their ass countless times. Saitama from One Punch Man. Is a normal human who loves to play games and win them badly, and is just a normal human in every other action, except when it comes to fighting.

In the latest chapter of One Punch Man, you can clearly see that he has power that can easily destroy planets in seconds. His power limitation is yet to be discovered. And I really mean it just by looking at the recent chapter I think he still had a lot more to him.

Well, let’s now talk about the anime context so that I don’t give any spoilers. We have seen in many occasions his power level he can come back from the moon to earth in seconds and make a big hole there just by his jump pressure.

Another instance of his power is when he one shot every other creature that stands in his way.
